Terms and Conditions of Image Use

The use of these images are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. RTI Technologies, Inc. (RTI) owns and retains the copyrights in all images, except
where noted. No copyright license (either express or implied) is granted to the user
other than the right to reproduce the images without alteration and only for the use
of promoting RTI products and RTI Technologies, Inc.

2. RTI Technologies is among the trademarks and/or service marks owned by RTI
and no trademark license (either express or implied) is granted by RTI. This list is
not exhaustive and RTI owns other marks that are not listed here.

3. The images are provided as is and are subject to change without notice.

4. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania laws govern this agreement. It constitutes
the entire agreement between RTI and the user and supersedes any other
agreements between.
